Let’s Tell Better Stories

A white woman in a dark, flower-patterned dress stands on the grass in front of a wooden structure. She has her right arm extended out to the right and her left arm is aloft and bent slightly.
I tend to get into my stories as I tell them.

Stories forge connection and build compassion and that’s why I like to tell stories, to write stories, and to hear stories.

Stories are tools to help us understand each other and to understand ourselves.

I can help you make the most of the stories that surround you and coax you to be kinder to yourself in the process.
