I’m all over the place in December (but in a good way!)

All throughout December, I’m blogging daily at Fit is a Feminist Issue to remind everyone to make space for themselves amid the end-of-the-year, seasonal to do lists. So, each day, I am posting a short exercise video, a short meditation video, and a little reminder about being kind to yourself.

The series is called Making Space 2022 and I hope you’ll click that link and check it out.

And, I’m delighted and honoured to be part of Business and Arts NL‘s Holiday Gift Guide for the first time this year. Please have a look at all the wonderful things local artists, artisans, entrepreneurs, and creators are offering. You’d be buying something unique for your loved one AND supporting someone working in the arts. It’s win-win!

From now on, I’ll be posting regularly on my Ko-Fi page – Ko-Fi is like a mini Patreon/Etsy type platform where you’ll be able to snag some free downloads, read some encouraging posts, and, if your budget allows, buy Zines, e-books, or coaching sessions.

I’ll be attending a lot of in-person events with the Association for the Arts in Mount Pearl so if you live near me, be sure to check those out. Here’s the schedule!

Finally, I’ll be in a mystery game at AC Hunter Library next week.

Even though that’s a lot of things, I still have a few openings for coaching sessions before the end of the year and I am taking bookings for workshops and for storytelling gigs in 2023.

Please get in touch if you want to discuss the details!
