Workshop: The (Short) Story of You – March 31, 2021

I’m thrilled to be working with Business & Arts NL and artsUNITE / UNITÉ des arts to help artists of all kinds ease their stress around writing bio statements.

It seems like artists are pretty comfortable expressing themselves in all kinds of ways but, when it comes to writing about themselves, things get awkward.

I hate when people feel awkward, especially when it comes to writing.

So, I have developed a plan to help people find some ease around the idea of writing bios.

In this workshop, we’ll find ways around some of the common obstacles and we’ll walk through some strategies to help you show up on the page with the same power and presence that you use to show up in your art form.

When we finish, you’ll have a good working draft and a template for future bio writing.
